General Info

We get so excited at BIN during auction time. We often feel like kids on Christmas morning opening presents! At times, it is hard for us to see these items and let them go in the auction! All items are donated by the members and/or companies. Without these donations, we could not have auctions to help raise funds for the bunnies. A great heartfelt thank you to all.

All the proceeds from the auction go directly into the general fund.

How to Donate

If you have any items that you would like to donate, the following information is needed:

1) Pictures

-full front view
-full back view
-up close front view
-tag or stamp
-up close of special detail
-lining or inside of item

2) Description – make, size, condition, color, lining, anything that is of significance

3) Measurements for clothing

-HATS = circumference, height
-TOPS, COATS, DRESSES, etc = shoulder to shoulder; bust/chest; waist; hips; swing; length from neck to hem (shortest and longest if varied);
-PANTS/SHORTS = waist; hips; inseam
-SCARVES = length x width include fringe separately if it has
-PET CLOTHING = Length from neck to tip of tail; girth

4) Shipping info

-size of container item is being shipped in (L x W x H)
-weight of container with item in it
-postal code or zip code of origin

You may also donate gift certificates or money to purchase an item specifically for the auction.


We strive at doing our best to make sure that the items up for bid are in new or “like new” condition. Where there is some sort of “defect” it will be noted and we will attempt to show it in a picture. There will be times when it is too difficult to get a clear picture because it is too small. Pictures are provided of every item but sometimes the color many vary from computer to computer so they may not be the actual color shown.

We do the best we can to describe our items well; however, as many of the items and descriptions are coming directly from the donators, so we may miss something from time to time.


Winners are responsible for all shipping costs. We will do our best to pre-list the shipping costs but in some cases, it will not be possible. Shipping costs can be combined provided the items are coming from the same location.
All items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. Because Items are from varying locations, it is very hard to estimate time of arrival. Should you not receive your parcel within three weeks of the payment date, please contact us.
All shipping will go as regular parcels unless you specify otherwise. (Extra shipping costs will apply).


All payments must be received within 10 days of the closing date (unless prior arrangements have been made). Please make payments in USD.


All bids must be made no less than $1.00 increments. All bids are binding. If you are not sure that you want it, please do not place bid. If you have been outbid, we will do our best to inform you via of a PM (private message) to your inbox on the BIN discussion groups. Please refrain from conversations in the auction forums.
